Note: You must be able to complete all requirements in order to
qualify for any level. For example - if you can complete all
requirements for level two, but you can also run at level five, you only
qualify for level two.
Level 1
Jog in place without stopping for
three minutes
5 pushups with knees on ground
3 crunch-ups with legs on chair
Bend over and touch knees with legs
straight
Level 2
1/2 mile run
10 pushups with knees on ground
8 crunch ups with legs on chair
Bend over and touch toes with legs
straight
Level 3

12 crunch-ups with legs on chair
front-up/side-up stomach high
Level 4
2 mile run
8 full form push-ups
15 crunch-ups without resting
front-up/side-up shoulder high
