Fitness Test

Print this page and check the box of the level which you can complete.

Note: You must be able to complete all requirements in order to qualify for any level. For example - if you can complete all requirements for level two, but you can also run at level five, you only qualify for level two.
 

 

Level 1

  1. Jog in place without stopping for three minutes

  2. 5 pushups with knees on ground

  3. 3 crunch-ups with legs on chair

  4. Bend over and touch knees with legs straight

 

Level 2

  1. 1/2 mile run

  2. 10 pushups with knees on ground

  3. 8 crunch ups with legs on chair

  4. Bend over and touch toes with legs straight

 

Level 3

  1. 1 mile run

  2. 3 full form push-ups

  3. 12 crunch-ups with legs on chair

  4. front-up/side-up stomach high

 

Level 4

  1. 2 mile run

  2. 8 full form push-ups

  3. 15 crunch-ups without resting

  4. front-up/side-up shoulder high

 

Level 5

  1. 5k run

  2. 15 full form push-ups

  3. 25 crunch-ups without resting

  4. front-up/side-up nose high

 

Level 6

  1. 5 mile run

  2. 20 full form push-ups

  3. 40 crunch-ups without resting

  4. bend over and put palms on floor

 

Level 7

  1. 10k run

  2. full form push-ups
    (males-40, females-25)

  3. 60 crunch-ups without resting

  4. full scissors splits (both sides)

 

Level 8

  1. 10 mile run

  2. full form push-ups
    (males-70, females-40)

  3. 80 crunch-ups without resting

  4. full scissors & standing splits

 

Level 9

  1. Half marathon (13.1 miles)

  2. full form push-ups
    (males-100, females-50)

  3. 100 crunch-ups without resting

  4. full splits seated, standing, scissors with chest on legs/ground

  5. full butterfly stretch
